SubBar Terms of Use

SubBar helps you organize renewal information you enter or import. It is not financial advice and does not cancel services on your behalf.

Using SubBar

You are responsible for the accuracy of subscription amounts, dates, categories, notes, imported files, and reminder settings you add to SubBar. SubBar estimates recurring costs from the information you provide and should be checked against your actual service providers and payment statements.

No cancellation or financial service

SubBar does not connect to your bank, credit card, mailbox, or subscription provider accounts. It does not cancel, pause, negotiate, or pay subscriptions for you. Any cancellation or billing change must be completed directly with the relevant provider.

In-app purchases

Optional SubBar packs are one-time non-consumable in-app purchases handled by Apple through the App Store. Prices, taxes, availability, family sharing eligibility, refunds, and purchase processing are controlled by Apple and your App Store account. RevenueCat is used to help SubBar deliver and restore purchase entitlements across supported Apple platforms.

Restoring purchases

If you reinstall SubBar or use it on another supported Apple device, use Restore Purchases in the app. Restores depend on the App Store account originally used for purchase and on Apple's purchase systems being available.

Imports, exports, and reminders

CSV, calendar, and other import or export features are tools for your convenience. You should review imported data before relying on it. Reminder notifications depend on device settings, notification permission, time zone settings, and operating system delivery.

Availability and changes

SubBar may change features, supported platforms, catalog entries, or pack contents over time. Existing one-time purchases will continue to unlock the entitlement they are mapped to in the app, but some features may depend on Apple services such as iCloud, StoreKit, notifications, and local authentication.

Apple terms

Because SubBar is distributed through the App Store, your use of the app is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the applicable Apple licensed application terms for App Store apps.
